Like My Own Home Inspections was first conceived when my daughter and her husband were in the market for a home. Although very intelligent and highly educated people, they knew very little about what to look for in a house. With my experience I was able to tour several of the houses they were looking at and point out the pros and cons of each.
It occurred to me that I could help other first time homebuyers and other homebuyers understand the components of their home. Like I did for my daughter, my idea was to inspect the home as if I were buying it myself. I vow to put that kind of effort in every inspection and be available to my clients throughout the home buying experience.
I have lived in Beaver Dam for 20+ years and have had a successful career in the maintenance industry. I am excited to bring all my experience, knowledge, and skill into the Home Inspection Profession.
I am a Certified Home Inspector through the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (INTERNACHI), a member of the Wisconsin Association of Home Inspectors (WAHI), and a Licensed Home Inspector in the State of Wisconsin (License# 2830-106).
