I offer a simple pricing structure based on the size of the house to be inspected.

Houses up to 1500 sq ft: $300

Houses 1500 to 2500 sq ft: $325

Houses 2500 sq ft & up: $350

Radon Testing

I am also certified to perform Radon testing. Radon is a gas that is present all around us, but is extremely dangerous if found in concentrated levels in your home. The EPA and the US Surgeon General both recommend that all homes be tested for Radon to ensure your family’s health and safety. Additionally, South Central Wisconsin has shown very high levels of Radon in state testing.
